WITHDRAWING FROM THE AGREEMENT

Deadline For Withdrawal 

According to the Terms of Use of the DABSTORY store, you can withdraw from the agreement concluded in 30 days, without specifying any reason for that. The withdrawal term expires after 30 days from the date:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, came into possession of the given product,
• on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, came into possession of the last of the products,
• on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, came into possession of the last batch or part.

Conditions Of Returns Acceptance

Return of a product that is complete, without any signs of use. Only undamaged products can be returned This is why we are asking you to carefully pack them before shipping. It is best to use the original box inserts, stabilizing the products inside the parcels securing them from accidental damage during transport. The foam inserts feature cutouts, where the product needs to be placed. Solely a consumer can use the 30 days when withdrawal from the agreement is possible according our store TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Reimbursement

Reimbursement happens immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date when the returned goods are received. The cost of the return shall be incurred by the customer. Detailed information on the return procedures can be found in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
